🚚 Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days from the date of confirmation.

مدة التوصيل: من ٢ إلى ٥ أيام عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب.

📍 Shipping fees (City & Area)

Shipping fees vary by destination. They are calculated during checkout after you select your City (and Area when applicable) and will appear clearly in the order summary.

مصاريف الشحن بتختلف حسب المكان وبتتحسب في صفحة الدفع بعد اختيار المدينة (والمنطقة لو مطلوبة) وبتظهر بوضوح في ملخص الطلب.

Free shipping

Free shipping for orders above EGP1500. شحن مجاني للطلبات فوق 1500 جنيه.

🔍 Order inspection on delivery

Customers are allowed to inspect the order upon delivery to ensure the quality of the products.

مسموح بالمعاينة عند الاستلام للتأكد من جودة المنتجات.

No order splitting

The order must be either accepted in full or returned in full to the courier. لا يمكن تجزئة الطلب: لازم تستلم الطلب كامل أو ترجعه كامل للمندوب.

💵 Payment method

Currently we support Cash on Delivery (COD) and InstaPay on delivery.

طرق الدفع الحالية: الدفع عند الاستلام (كاش) أو إنستا باي عند الاستلام.
