Exchange

You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in full, intact packaging.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order only in the following cases:

Promotion-specific terms

Some promotional offers may be governed by additional conditions that differ from the general return and exchange policy.

If an order benefits from a promotional offer, returning the full invoice may be required and partial returns may not be accepted.

Order inspection on delivery

Customers are allowed to inspect the order upon delivery to ensure product quality.

No order splitting

Order splitting upon delivery is not allowed. The order must be either accepted in full or returned in full to the courier, according to the policies of our partnered shipping company.

Refund processing time

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) or InstaPay on delivery. Refunds for returned orders are processed within 10 to 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items, and will be transferred via bank account, InstaPay, or any other mutually agreed-upon method.

Note: Online card payments are not enabled right now, so card refunds do not apply.

How to request an exchange/return

To request an exchange or return, please contact us and share your order number and a clear photo (if there’s a defect).
