This offer is valid only on participating products in the winter collection. It does not include summer products or the new collection.
When 3 eligible winter items are added to the basket, the lowest-priced item is discounted automatically as the free item.
The offer is applied automatically to every set of 3 eligible items within the same order.
If an order uses this offer, partial returns for individual items in that order are not accepted.
To return and refund the order, the full order / invoice must be returned with all included items, in their original condition with packaging and tags as received.
If a return is requested, the customer bears the return shipping fees. These fees are deducted from the refunded amount after the products arrive at our warehouse and pass inspection.
Size exchange is allowed for the same purchased item, subject to the requested size being available in stock, with exchange shipping fees paid by the customer.
The offer is valid for a limited time or while available stock lasts.
Completing the order means that the offer terms have been reviewed and accepted.
